About Sheri S. Slezak, MD
Dr. Slezak is a professor of surgery in the University Of Maryland School of Medicine and the Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery. She has practiced at the University of Maryland for 22 years. After receiving her medical degree from Harvard University, Dr. Slezak completed her general surgery residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Slezak also completed a fellowship in plastic surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. She is double boarded in general surgery and plastic surgery. She is the author of 35 papers and three book chapters. She was named a Baltimore Top Doc and a Castle Connelly Top Doc numerous times. Her areas of expertise include breast implants, cancer reconstruction, breast reduction, breast assymetries, abdominoplasties, and cosmetic surgery.
