About Sandhya Yadav, MD
I attended UC Davis and received my BS degree with highest honors. Next I completed a Master's Degree in Science. I then attended medical school at Northwestern University, School of Medicine, Chicago, Illinois. While there, I was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, and graduated in 1987. Then I returned to California to complete my internship in internal medicine at the Children's Hospital of San Francisco, followed by completing a residency in dermatology at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland. I also completed a fellowship in melanoma at New York University Medical Center in 1992. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2001. I have been a clinical instructor at Stanford University Medical School since 1994. I have authored several publications in scientific journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology.
