About Rui Cheng, MD
Dr. Rui Cheng is a dermatologist who practices medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She enjoys all aspects of the specialty, and is happy to help you with your dermatologic needs. She received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She then completed medical school at Duke University. She completed her intern year at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT, and her residency training in Providence, RI at Roger Williams Medical Center. During her final year of residency training, she served as chief resident and completed rotations at Brown University and New York University. She is excited to be taking new patients in Waterbury and Southbury.
