About Ricardo Requena, DO
Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Ricardo Requena is a skilled ear, nose, and throat doctor, specializing in head and neck surgery. He looks after the locals of multiple locations across Florida. Currently practicing at Florida E.N.T. and Allergy, he spends time with his patients to explain to them their condition and provides suitable options available before moving on to surgery. Dr. Requena graduated from Nova Southeastern University, where he received his medical degree. Post this, he completed an internship in surgery at National Naval Medical Center. He is also residency trained in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Requena is an active member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He believes in fostering a healthy physician-patient relationship that facilitates assurance and respect. Outside of his clinical career, he enjoys cycling, boating, fishing, and shooting sports.
