Dr. Raphael Lilker received his doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He graduated with Honors in Pi Mu Delta National Podiatry Service Society and received the APMA Educational Foundation Scholarship for academic excellence. Dr. Lilker’s residency training as Chief Resident was completed at Coney Island Hospital in New York where he received rigorous training in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. Upon postgraduate residency completion, he was given faculty status as Attending Physician at the Podiatric Residency and Wound Care Program. He is responsible for inpatient and outpatient care, all facets of medical and surgical training of the podiatric residents, as well as residents from other medical specialties.
