Rachel Chang of Eyedeal Permanent Cosmetics is passionate about career in permanent cosmetics. Her goal is to strive for excellence and help you achieve a look that will enhance your natural beauty. Her artistic talents stems from her training at a very young age. After being educated in a variety of artistic mediums such sketching, watercolor, calligraphy and oriental painting, she furthered her education by earning a degree in fine arts. Her experience, training and artistic ability can be recognized through her procedures whether it be realistic hair strokes for eyebrows, implantation of fine/accurate lines for eyeliners or the use of beautiful colors to enhance/define the lips. Rachel is a Board Certified Diplomat of the American Academy of Micropigmentation, an active Member of the American Academy of Micropigmentation and a Certified Microblading Practitioner.
