About Phyllis Nucci-Brooks, Aesthetician Specialist
As the owner of nucci salon & spa, phyllis is at the helm of our elite staff. She has over 30 years of experience in the industry. While she started as a barber, she went back to school for cosmetology, became certified in over 12 facial types, and trained in new york with many color companies. Her passion and ambition show for themselves-- phyllis owns and runs baltimore’s best salon where her 20 employees continue to set industry standards every day. Phyllis takes a lot of pride in nucci salon & spa being a family-owned and run business. She shares ownership with her husband, terrence, and is currently bringing her daughter, maria, onto the staff. Her view, though, extends far past that. She embodies a culture where if you are in her four walls at nucci, you are family. Phyllis always wants to deliver the best quality services, and the cultivation of positivity in her salon definitely drive that success.
