About Peter R. Ledoux, MD
Dr. Peter Ledoux received his M.D. from Wayne State University in 1987. As part of his medical training Dr. Ledoux has completed multiple internships, residencies, fellowships and has participated in medical studies. Dr. Ledoux discovered his talent in plastic and reconstructive surgery while training at the University Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Ledoux joined Plastic and Reconstructive Microsurgical Associates (PRMA) of South Texas in 1994. He is associated with the Methodist Healthcare System and most often performs procedures at the Methodist Hospital on Floyd Curl and at the Methodist Ambulatory Surgical Hospital on Huebner Road. Dr. Ledoux has participated in writing many breast reconstruction articles, presenting lectures and most recently was featured on Kens5 News. Dr. Peter Ledoux is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. Both of these boards have been acknowledged and awarded membership by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
