About Percy H. Lo, MD

Percy Lo, MD, FACS, is an award-winning, board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Allure Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery LLC in St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Lo strives to improve the lives of men and women of all ages through detail-oriented cosmetic procedures that help them feel their very best. Dr. Lo’s lengthy career is rich with experience in a wide range of settings. Growing up in Wisconsin, he attended the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison. After graduation, he completed a General Surgery residency at Huron Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland, Ohio. Following 9/11, Dr. Lo joined the United States Air Force and served as the Chief of General Surgery at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey. There, he earned the rank of Major and several awards for his service. After military service, Dr. Lo returned to his training. He completed a Wound Healing fellowship at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey, before moving back to Ohio for a Plastic Surgery fellowship at University Hospitals of Cleveland/Case Western Medical Center. As a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Lo performs all procedures himself, including implant-based breast reconstructions, body-contouring surgery, and more using state-of-the-art techniques. He holds board certifications in both Plastic Surgery and General Surgery. He stays updated with the latest techniques and technologies for his practice through his membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons.
