Skin Concerns addressed by Payman Danielpour, MD, FACS
After 3 kids I thought that I could never be able to go to the beach again. 3 months after the operation I was in Spain lying out topless and I was being noticed like I was in my 20’s again. Thank you for the rebirth. I absolutely love the way I look. —Catherine S.,Liposuction
Words can’t express how satisfied I am with the way I look. The best part is that nobody believes that I have implants because there is no scar. Dr. Pay and Dr. Layke are not only artists but are true visionaries in their field. Thank you for everything! —Riley D.,Breast Augmentation With Implants
Dr. Danielpour provided me with unlimited time and attention and informed me of all of the possible reconstructive options. I am almost 1 year post-reconstruction and I look and feel like a different woman. Thank you for rejuvenating me after the lowest and hardest point in my life. —Ruby H.,Breast Augmentation
Dr. Pay and all the staff are awesome - authentic and genuine, on top of doing impeccable work. —Liz C.,Dermal Fillers and Injectables
Dr. Danielpour is amazing! I'm so happy I got my breast done with him. My friend had her surgery done with him and I was impressed with the results. So I went for a consultation and set up surgery date the same day. My breast looks amazing and so natural. A lot of people can't tell it's not mine. —Valerie N.,Breast Augmentation With Implants
Breast lifts rejuvenate the breasts by trimming excess skin and tightening supporting tissues to achieve an uplifted, youthful contour. After a mastopexy, the breasts are higher on the chest and firmer to the touch. Breast lifts can also reposition and reduce the size of the areola, the dark skin surrounding the nipple, which may have stretched or drooped. Breast size does not change after a breast lift, nor does the fullness or roundness in the upper part of the breasts. Women who desire larger, smaller or more rounded breasts may want to consider a breast augmentation or breast reduction together with a breast lift.
What happens during breast reconstruction surgery?
Step 1 – Anesthesia Medications are administered for your comfort during the surgical procedure. The choices include intravenous sedation and general anesthesia. Your doctor will recommend the best choice for you. Step 2 – Flap techniques reposition a woman’s own muscle, fat and skin to create or cover the breast mound. Sometimes a mastectomy or radiation therapy will leave insufficient tissue on the chest wall to cover and support a breast implant. The use of a breast implant for reconstruction almost always requires either a flap technique or tissue expansion.
How is Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) done?
The “tummy tuck” procedure is also known as abdominoplasty. When executed correctly, this procedure can help remove excess skin and fat from around your abdomen. During this process, we can also tighten your abdominal wall at the same time, making the tummy tuck beneficial to both the aesthetic value as well as the functional purposes of your abdominal area. Widening of the muscles and fascia (rectus diastasis) that will happen over time can be corrected by bringing stretched muscle back together. It’s like tightening an internal corset.
What does eyelid surgery treat?
Eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty, can remedy many problems with the skin surrounding the eyes, including: Upper eyelid surgery to eliminate excess fatty deposits that cause puffiness Lower eyelid surgery to remove excess skin and fine wrinkles Correcting drooping lower eyelids that expose the white of your eye below the iris Bags under the eyes Loose or sagging skin in the upper eyelid that may impair vision or interrupt the eye’s natural contours
