About Paula M. Bevilacqua, MD
Dr. Bevilacqua, a native of Long Island, earned a B.A. in Chemistry at Colgate University where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She then attended New York University where she received her M.D. and was made a of member of Alpha Omega Alpha. After an internship at the Manhattan V A and New York University Hospital (Tisch), she moved to Connecticut for her residency in Dermatology at Yale, which she completed in 1989. She has been in private practice in Cheshire since 1990. The focus of her practice is medical dermatology. She particularly enjoys seeing patients of all ages. Dr. Bevilacqua resides in Hamden with her husband and two sons. Her interests include tennis, golf, skiing, cooking, and traveling.
