About Patricia Ceballos, MD
Dr. Patricia Ceballos is a dermatologist at Schweiger Dermatology Group specializing in general and cosmetic dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatologic surgery and dermatopathology. Dr. Ceballos is double board-certified in dermatology and dermatopathology. Dr. Ceballos received her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University, where she graduated magna cum laude with honors in chemistry. She received her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, Florida, where she continued on for her dermatology residency. After her residency, Dr. Ceballos completed a two-year Dermatopathology Fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Ceballos has been an assistant professor at the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at New York University Medical Center. She was also a clinical instructor and attending physician at the University of Miami School of Medicine Department of Dermatology. Dr. Ceballos is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, as well as a member of the American Society of Dermatopathology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society for Mohs Surgery. Dr. Ceballos has traveled around the country to lecture on dermatology and dermatopathology. Dr. Ceballos has authored major review articles in prestigious publications including the New England Journal of Medicine and Advances in Dermatology. Her investigations on a variety of topics in Dermatology, Dermatopathology, and Scientific Research were published in various high-profile journals.
