About Monica Harris, Aesthetician Specialist

Monica Harris began her career as a Makeup Artist in 1997 and has worked in the Bridal industry, participated in various fashions shows and worked on numerous magazine projects. Monica also taught Makeup Artistry courses at South Suburban College in 2001. She initially proposed and implemented the course, which still remains a part of their Adult Continuing Education curriculum today. In 2001, she decided to expand her career, primarily after working with various models and seeing the need to educate them on caring for their skin and became a licensed Esthetician. In 2001, Monica entered into a partnership and opened High Maintenance Spa in Chicago, in which she primarily focused on advanced treatments for problematic skin, anti-aging and ethnic skincare. In 2004, Monica ventured out on her own and started a very successful mobile Spa company, Spa In Your Space, which continues to grow and has expanded to several states in the U.S. The success of the company has provided Monica with the opportunity to get back to what she loves, which is servicing her clients and giving them her undivided attention at the Oak Park Boutique. Monica is passionate about pampering and educating her clients about the importance of skincare , while rejuvenating your senses. Monica believes your overall health has an impact of the appearance of your skin.
