I have been in the skin care industry for 26 years and I have 18 years experience as a Licensed Aesthetician. I have a strong background in Sales, Clinical Skin Care Sales, Training, Education and Management. I have worked in the Aesthetic medicine field with both Plastic Surgeons and Family practice Physicians. I was responsible for preparing patients for surgical procedures and skin care maintenance. I became an entrepreneur in the Aesthetic industry in 2005, as CEO and Founder of a Med Spa Arabella’s Total Skin Care LLC. I have trained entire Physician’s offices and their staff on performing chemical peels, advanced treatments and establishing protocols. As a National Trainer and Educator for PCA Skin, I performed in-office training for salons, spas, doctor offices, as well as seminars and lectures. I have traveled to different locations and assisted in set up for National Training seminars. I Provided trainings on a quarterly basis to customers, Arranged Regional Training Events, Book International Trainer appointments for both Regional Training and customer on-site training, I Attended trade shows and organizes staff to work at the trade shows in their territory and I also sent in weekly records of trainings completed to my Sales director and monthly to both Regional and Corporate Sales Manager each month. My sales experience ranges from retail sales experience to inside and outside sales, building accounts, following leads of potential prospects and maintaining accounts. I have consistently taken on projects that are in the beginning stages of business development from Skin Care Clinics to Doctor Offices. I am experienced in writing protocols and procedure manuals, as well as training staff on treatments, protocols, advanced equipment usage, hiring staff, staff scheduling, and inventory and overall management of the facilities growth.
