About Michael L. Bernstein, MD
Dr. Michael Bernstein specializes in facial aesthetic surgery, facial reconstruction, surgery of the nose, breast reconstruction, and general plastic surgery. His services range from oncologic reconstruction to cosmetic services, both operative and clinic-based, such as Botox, fillers, and chemical peels. He is interested in research into facial reconstruction after Mohs surgery, and the management of complex wounds. Dr. Bernstein is an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Medical Association. Dr. Bernstein is an avid gardener and enjoys mountain biking and skiing.
