About Mark S. Toma, MD
Dr. Toma completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Albany Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in which he graduated with a Distinction in Biomedical Research. He received his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University. Dr. Toma is well published and has given numerous presentations at national conferences in the field of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Toma provides comprehensive treatment for the full realm of adult and pediatric ear, nose,and throat disorders encompassing allergy and sinus disease including the most technologically advanced in-office balloon sinuplasty procedures as well as treatment of hearing loss, recurring ear infections, adenotonsillar disease, snoring, sleep apnea, voice disorders, head and neck cancer, salivary gland, thyroid and parathyroid, and facial plastic surgery. Additionally, he has extensive training encompassing both cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery with special interests in rhinoplasty, hair restoration, scar revision, and skin cancer reconstruction.
