Marissa was born in Ohio, but has lived in Florida most of her life. In 2003, with over fifteen years of experience in the medical field, Marissa decided to leave the fast paced hospitals and dive into the serene surroundings of skincare. “I finally feel like I’m doing exactly what I was meant to do. The skincare business allows me to the opportunity to create lasting relationships with my clients which is what I missed in the hospitals.” And according to her clients and co-workers, she has indeed found her calling. Marissa’s giving heart and healing mind are the traits she shares with every client, everyday. With the support of Dr. Robert Rehnke and his staff, Marissa uses the perfect mix of the latest technological advances that Medical Skincare has to offer. “I want every client to enjoy themselves, obtain their desired results, and feel like a part of our family, in whichever order is best for them.” And with her lengthy and extremely loyal client base, Marissa is clearly delivering on all three. Marissa is a licensed Para-Medical Aesthetician, and a certified Master Make-Up Artist. She is trained and certified in many skincare products including jane iredale Mineral Makeup, SkinCeuticals, Obagi, SkinBetter, Sonage and Eminence Organics. Her specialties include a variety of chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning and corrective treatments for rosacea, acne, aging skin and hyper-pigmentation.
