About Marcus Goodman
Dr. Marcus Goodman completed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, and later earned his medical degree from Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ. He completed his Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery Residency at Broward General Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2009, where he also served as Chief Resident. After completing his residency, Dr. Goodman worked in a private dermatology practice outside of Portland, Oregon. Dr. Marcus Goodman opened Goodman Dermatology in 2010 in Roswell, GA. The practice has since added three (3) additional locations in Woodstock, Marietta (East Cobb) and Dawsonville. He is a Board Certified Dermatologist, in addition he is currently a Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology and a Clinical Associate Professor at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine – Georgia Campus, Suwanee, GA. Dr. Goodman has had the honor of lecturing at both the local and national level and has had numerous articles published in internationally recognized medical journals. In addition Dr. Goodman has recently been selected to be an Associate Editor of the Journal of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. Dr. Marcus Goodman is also the Dermatology Residency Program Director, PCOM/North Fulton Hospital Medical Campus – Roswell, GA. With his extensive surgical background and advanced techniques, Dr. Goodman specializes in performing MOHS micrographic surgery as well as all other dermatological surgical procedures. He has performed thousands of cancer surgeries and MOHS surgeries with exceptional outcomes.
