Mahnaz Bahaelou has over 19 years experience as a permanent makeup artist. She specializes in Corrective Pigment Camouflage (CPC) and also teaches permanent makeup artists from beginner to advanced.I am the founder of Elite Permanent Makeup (FIRST Permanent Makeup focused training center to be licensed by the Bureau of Private Post-secondary Education). I offer the following services Microblading, Permanent Makeup, Dry Needling For Wrinkle And Scars, Eyelash Extensions, Areola Nipple Repigmentation and Restoration, and Breast Reconstruction Following Breast Removal.
