About Lynn E. Tran, MD
I attended college at the University of California, Los Angeles where I majored in Biology. Next, I moved to the Bay Area to attend medical school at Stanford University. I also completed my surgery internship and residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at Stanford Medical Center. My research interests included oncology and gene therapy for cancer. I joined Kaiser Permanente Medical Group in 2003. Working in this setting has allowed me to maintain a broad-based practice, while being able to pursue my areas of interest, including surgeries for salivary gland and thyroid disorders, facial reconstruction, and head and neck cancer.
