About Loren S. Schechter, MD
Dr. Loren Schechter is a Board Certified plastic surgeon specializing in Gender Confirmation Surgery. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, Dr. Schechter received his medical degree with honors, from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and completed his residency in general and plastic surgery as well as a fellowship in reconstructive microsurgery at the University of Chicago Hospitals. Based in metropolitan Chicago, Dr. Schechter offers the full spectrum of transfeminine and transmasculine procedures.
