About Lindsey N. Schmidtberger, MD
Dr. Schmidtberger is a graduate of The University of Texas Austin, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with highest honors. She then received her Doctor of Medicine degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center Medical School at Houston. Her internal medicine internship was completed at Methodist hospital of Houston followed by completion of her dermatology residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center Medical School at Houston and MD Anderson cancer center. She is a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society as well as the American Academy of Dermatology, the Texas Dermatologic Society, and the Houston Dermatologic Society. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Schmidtberger’s dermatologic interests include the treatment of a wide range of general dermatologic conditions in both pediatric and adult patients as well as the prevention and treatment of skin cancer. Although Dr. Schmidtberger grew up in the DFW area, after 8 years of living in Houston she now considers Houston her home. She has an identical twin, Dr. Rachel Schmidtberger, who is also a Dermatologist here at Texas Dermatology Specialists. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her boyfriend and their nine-year-old Golden Retriever Cooper. She is currently seeing patients in our Willowbrook, Katy and Cypress offices.
