About Lawrence C. Lin
Dr. Lawrence C. Lin obtained his training in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery at the world famous Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. His educational journey began with undergraduate education at Cornell University, followed by medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA.Upon graduation from medical school, Dr. Lin completed residency training in General, Vascular, and Trauma Surgery at the Northwell Health System, where he realized his interests in plastic surgery. Dr. Lin was honored to be chosen for plastic surgery residency at the prestigious Mayo Clinic, where he received training in the latest cutting edge cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures. Dr. Lin also specializes in hand surgery and has completed an additional year of hand surgery fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh. He has presented at numerous conferences, authored several book chapters in both plastic surgery and hand surgery, and is currently an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Hofstra Northwell Health School of Medicine, where he teaches students, residents, and fellows in area of Plastic, Reconstructive, Cosmetic, and Hand Surgery. Dr. Lin is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Lin has hospital privileges at the following institutions: North Shore University Hospital-Manhasset, Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Syosset Hospital, Withrop Universtity Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, Plainview Hospital, Glen Cove Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital and ProHealth Ambulatory Surgery Center
