About Lauren Demech, Aesthetician Specialist
We are pleased to welcome Lauren Demech to the Mainline Institute of Plastic Surgery. Lauren is a medical aesthetician and licensed practical nurse with 12+ years of clinical nursing experience. She has worked in various settings throughout her nursing career, including: long-term care, sub-acute/rehab, and home health. All of which, has helped to mold her into the knowledgeable, compassionate, and well-rounded nurse she is today. Lauren is as passionate about skincare as she is health and wellness. So, her decision to return to school for aesthetics two years ago, made perfect sense. After completing the program, Lauren continued to work as a nurse on an as needed basis and began working at a spa. While she loved the spa setting, her goal was to merge her passions, which is ultimately what led her to our practice. She believes that a healthy complexion is a reflection of total wellness, both internally and externally. She understands the complexity of creating the right combinations of skin care and advanced treatments to address specific concerns and promote overall skin health. Lauren is dedicated to creating healthy and beautiful skin for all of her clients. She is a wonderful addition to our team.
