About Lala M. Stawowy, MD
Dr. Stawowy is Board Certified in Dermatology. She attended college at John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated with honors. Dr. Stawowy graduated from Cornell University Medical College, New York City in 1981. After an internship at Albany Medical College in New York, she completed a residency in Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery at the Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan in 1986. She is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Dermatology section at the University of Texas Health Science Center, School of Medicine in San Antonio, and is a member of many medical and surgical societies including that of the American Society for Dermatological Surgery, and the American Society for Mohs Surgery.
