She also keeps her reconstructive skills challenged by serving the community as a specialist for traumatic injuries at the local trauma hospital. Board certification requires extensive training in accredited Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency program. Board certification requirements are strict and certification includes completion of written and oral examinations and critical evaluation by peers in knowledge, ethics, and safety in surgical procedures.
