About Kelly Bickle
Dr. Bickle was born in Columbus, Ohio, and grew up in Houston, TX, where she had a successful career riding and showing hunter and jumper horses, competing throughout Texas and the nation. She was Valedictorian of her high school, and graduated Cum Laude from Trinity University with Phi Beta Kappa honors. She completed medical school and internship at The University of Texas-Houston Health Science Center. Following this, she entered her residency at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Bickle then completed her fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery with Dr. Richard Bennett in Los Angeles, CA.Dr. Bickle returned to Florida after her fellowship and joined the Watson Clinic to start their Mohs micrographic surgery unit, which she successfully developed and directed for 6 years. She is a former affiliate associate professor at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and former associate faculty member in the Department of Dermatology at USC School of Medicine. She is a fellow of the American College of Mohs Micrographic surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Bickle has authored numerous publications in Mohs surgery and Dermatology, and has lectured at national meetings.
