About Kathy Cecchin, Aesthetician Specialist
Kathy is an Arizona native. She has been working under the supervision of Dr. Mark A Blair at Paradise Valley Dermatology for over 5 years providing a passion to the field of skin and beauty. She received her aesthetic license in Arizona in 2011 from the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology along with her Laser Technician certification by the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency. Before focusing on a career in skin, Kathy had spent 28 years in the marketing and advertising industry for several of the largest agencies in Arizona. The reason why she chose to change professions is that she prides herself in offering a warm, friendly, and relaxing environment for open discussion of skincare needs and being able to see the difference that she can make in a person’s life. Kathy is certified in all laser modalities including hair reduction, spider vein reduction, skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, wrinkle reduction, facial erythema, acne scar reduction, solar lentigo reduction, ephelis reduction, photofacial, acquired adult hemangiomas, telangiectasias and tattoo removal. Kathy has been continuing her education on a regular basis as technology evolves and new technology is developed. Kathy holds certifications in numerous medical grade devices such as Ultherapy, Coolsculpting and most recently our newest device the Infini RF. She has been selected as part of a focus group with Ultherapy a division of Merz Pharmaceutical to provide continuous feedback through Advance course user workshops in improving and enhancing equipment, hand pieces and screen graphics. “It has been an amazing experience being part of a new and ever changing technology such as Ultherapy!” say’s, Kathy Cecchin. In addition to cosmetic treatments Kathy also specializes in medical grade chemical peels and can personalize a skin care treatment plan for each individual patient along with make-up application and custom color matching. Aside from her Aesthetic and Laser work, Kathy’s enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and boating. She also likes having friends over to hang out poolside and engage in a little bit of friendly competition with ping-pong, billards, cornhole and shuffle board.
