About Kathy Baba, Aesthetician Specialist

Metamorphosis was founded by Kathy Baba, a state board licensed aesthetician with advanced training in medical aesthetics. She is also a certified Permanent Cosmetic Technician with the AIIC in both advanced and paramedical certifications. Kathy is OSHA certified for blood borne pathogens. Kathy’s skill, patience, and her perfectionist eye for detail are truly appreciated by her clients. She is more than a skilled technician.She is an artist who understands how color choices, shaping techniques, and attention to detail will give you the most satisfying results. Kathy gives every client her complete, personal attention and genuinely listens to their requests regarding color and individualized style and shapes. She uses a Nouveau Digital Machine, the most up to date techniques, topical anesthetics, and disposable instruments. All her pigments are iron oxide free and MRI safe. She is a talented and conscientious individual who has earned the complete confidence and trust of her clients. She also volunteers with: Angel Faces, Fresh Start and Look Good Feel Better with the American Cancer Society. She works with numerous spas and salons throughout San Diego County and reconstructive surgeons as well. Kathy is certified as a Paramedical Professional. The AIIC Paramedical Professional Program is a series of four powerful specialty workshops designed for permanent cosmetics professionals who wish to enhance their skills and education in paramedical applications. I am certified to perform paramedical applications such as: Beautiful Breasts, Alopecia Art and Hairline Applications, Skin and Scar Solutions, and Vitiligo Variables.
