About Karen Hawkins, Aesthetician Specialist
Karen has more than a decade of combined experience in health care and aesthetics. She spent 15 years in the dental industry, helping to improve people’s health and confidence through their smiles. She wanted to further help her patients, so she decided to follow her true passion in getting professionally trained and licensed in medical aesthetics. She graduated from the Health and Beauty Institute in Tampa. She is now a licensed medical aesthetician and electrologist and Laser technician with extensive and advanced training in skin care and health. Karen’s skills include: medical grade chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, facials, and laser hair removal. Karen believes that patients ought to be educated about skin care, and that they need to be actively involved in their treatment plans. She is an avid learner and is keen to stay on top of the field in exploring and learning about new advancements and protocols in medical aesthetics. She is certified with top skin care lines such as Obagi and PCA. Karen is passionate about the work she does and about helping others. Her goal is to educate and exemplify overall skin health while treating her clients with the utmost care and passion.
