About Jordan Hollsten, MD
Dr. Jordan Hollsten is a Board Certified Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon treating insurance, private pay, and cosmetic patients for reconstructive, revisional, and trauma eye surgeries in South Central Texas and surrounding regions. Currently Dr. Jordan splits her time as an Oculoplastic Surgeon in both private practice and at the Ophthalmology Clinic at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System. She works actively as a mentor and teacher for the Ophthalmology Residents at UT Health San Antonio. She knew at a very young age that she wanted to practice medicine. Throughout high school she spent her spare time on the weekends working as a receptionist in her her father’s medical office, at swim practice, or competing in swim meets. After graduating from Churchill High School in San Antonio, Dr. Jordan attended Rice University as a Division I scholarship competitive swimmer, earning her BA in English in 2003.
