About Jonathan Keith
A native of Maryland , Dr. Keith settled in New Jersey to pursue an academic career at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. After graduating from the University of Maryland he matriculated to a Top 10 medical school at the University of Pittsburgh. While there, he was elected to serve on the AMA council and, in 2006, was awarded the Ross Musgrave, MD Award in Plastic Surgery. Dr. Keith continued his training in Plastic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center--one of the oldest and most prestigious plastic surgery training programs in the country. He participated in the country's first bilateral hand transplantation and worked with luminaries in the field of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. His work on the topic has been published in peer reviewed journals.
