About John J. Borkowski, MD
Dr. John J. Borkowski has more than 30 years of experience in plastic, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgery. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Borkowski completed his Fellowship in General and Plastic Surgery at the Mayo Clinic. In addition to his clinical appointments, Dr. Borkowski maintains a number of professional affiliations. Dr. Borkowski wants you to look and feel your best, and is committed to the highest level of patient care, safety, and satisfaction. He currently has staff privileges at Middlesex Hospital where he is the Chief of Plastic Surgery. He also is the owner and president of Personal Choice Surgical Center a State of Connecticut certified and licensed ambulatory surgical center. A Plastic Surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) is certified by an ABMS (American Board of Medical Specialties) approved board.
