About Jillian Fawal, Tattoo Specialist
Hi my name is Jillian, and I’ve recently moved back to my home town of Sacramento, California, to open HAUTE INK. Eyebrows have been my passion since I was teenager (Victim of the 90s right here!). Ever since I was 16 years old I have been keeping my friends and family in proper brows. From chasing my girlfriends around with tweezers and pinning them down to pluck, to giving my Mom properly shaped brows. I have made sure they all looked good when hitting the town or holding down the couch for a Netflix marathon. I am fully certified in the beauty industry and have worked with clients for more than a decade in the greater Los Angeles area. I’m extremely proud to be a certified PhiBrows artist specializing in permanent makeup (microblading), eyebrow removals and Ombrè Powder Brows. In addition, I’m a licensed esthetician with certifications in sugar hair removal, microdermabrasion and chemical peels. I look forward to our meeting and making your brows as full and shaped as you want them to be.
