About Jessica Fritzen, Aesthetician Specialist
Hi, my name is Jessica Fritzen. I am the incoming Licensed Master Esthetician (LME) here at Commonwealth Dermatology. I know it can be a little scary when the LME you have trusted with your skin for months is leaving so I wanted to give you a little background about myself and allay some of those fears. The Navy brought me to Virginia, by way of Wyoming, in 1994. In 2013 I retired after 20 years of service. It was then I decided to pursue a career in skincare. I have had a passion for skincare as long as I can remember. As a young woman, I struggled with Cystic Acne. It was a very unpleasant experience. Regular esthetic visits not only improved my skin, but also my self-confidence. I attended 1200 hours of training at The Chrysm Institute of Esthetics in Virginia Beach. In fact, I was actually a classmate of Jonathan’s going through the program. After passing a theory and practical examination given by the state of Virginia I was awarded my Master Esthetics License. Having worked for a large private spa for the last 4 years I have gained extensive experience with non-surgical esthetic treatments and products. I love my job and take pride in knowing I have the opportunity to make a difference in my patient’s skin and life.
