About Jennifer M. Conde, DO
Jennifer M. Conde, D.O. is a Board Certified Dermatologist and founding director of the Comprehensive Center for Dermatology. She was born in New Jersey to Cuban and Ecuadorian immigrants and raised in Bradenton, Florida. Dr. Conde graduated with honors from the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Health Education and Behavior. She received her medical degree from the Georgia Campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. After an internship year at Largo Medical Center, she completed her dermatology residency training at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During her final year of residency, Dr. Conde served as Chief Resident and was awarded Resident of the Year. As a resident, Dr. Conde was also awarded the Resident International Grant from the American Academy of Dermatology and spent one month working as a dermatologist in Botswana, Africa. There she took part in providing dermatologic HIV care for both children and adults and visited outreach sites in the surrounding rural areas of Gabarone, Botswana. This opportunity allowed her to learn about the care of complex and HIV-related dermatologic conditions as well as how to practice routine dermatology with finite resources. Dr. Conde also took part in a Passion to Heal medical volunteer trip to the rural villages in the Aravelli Mountains of Rajasthan, India during residency where she helped transform dermatologic health care for thousands of children and community members. Furthermore, she has presented at national meetings including the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology Annual Meeting, and the Florida Medical Association Annual Meeting, as well as co-authored publications in internationally-recognized peer reviewed journals including Actas Dermo-Sifiliográficas in Spain and the Journal of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. Dr. Conde enjoys living in the Fish Hawk area with her husband and twin baby girls. She also enjoys traveling and cooking. She loves all aspects of dermatology including general, pediatric, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology and is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to each of her patients.
