About Jennifer E. Boll, MD
Dr. Jennifer Boll is a double board certified plastic surgeon. She is a diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. After completing general surgery training in her hometown of Birmingham, Alabama, she completed extensive training in plastic surgery at the world renowned Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Here she learned skills and techniques from several of the pioneers of plastic surgery. She continues to supplement this foundation and she believes that learning is a lifelong process. The specialty of the practice is cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast, and body. She enjoys utilizing her surgical skills to help people restore and improve their appearance. All procedures that she performs are specialized for the individual based on body type and individual desires. A thorough consultation is always performed giving you the opportunity to explain your desires. She strongly agrees that plastic surgery is a marriage of both art and science. The key to a natural result is to focus on both components equally. Dr. Boll feels that the appropriately chosen and performed surgery can enhance the individual’s self-esteem. She spends an extensive amount of time with her patients in order to gain understanding of their desires as well as to inform them about the benefits and risks of each possible surgical procedure. She welcomes all questions and will spend whatever time it takes to ensure that you are educated and comfortable with the treatment plan.
