Jay H. Ross is not only a pre-eminent plastic surgeon in the Tampa Bay area, but Dr. Ross also holds the prestigious title of Director of the Palm Harbor Plastic Surgery Centre. Dr. Ross maintains hospital privileges at Mease-Morton Plant Hospital located in both Countryside and in Dunedin. Dr. Ross is the Division Head of Plastic Surgery at Mease Countryside Surgery Center, Countryside Surgery Center and at Trinity Surgery Center. Dr. Ross has been in private practice for 28 years. Dr. Ross was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, which is also where Dr. Ross completed his training in general surgery as well as plastic surgery. After completing his training in general surgery and plastic surgery, Dr. Ross relocated to the Tampa Bay area and has been a proud resident of the Tampa Bay area for the past 28 years. Dr. Ross is amongst a select group of plastic surgeons who have been elected into the prestigious American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. While Dr. Ross’ medical school honors and Board certification attest to his knowledge, his surgical precision, exactness, compassionate nature and affability are the bases for his greatest recognition.
