About Jason Amato, MD
Dr. Jason Amato was born in St. Louis, and has been here his entire life. He attended St. Louis University High School, Washington University in St. Louis, and St. Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Amato did his residency training in the St. Louis University Department of Dermatology, where he served as chief resident. He specializes in general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Amato and his wife Jennifer have two children, Jack and Julia. He loves spending time with his family, art and architecture, and traveling. Dr. Amato is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and multiple other professionals and charitable organizations.
