About Jackie Medrano, Tattoo Specialist
Miss Medrano is an accomplished, internationally known, dedicated Make-up Artist professional. She is someone who accepts nothing less than perfection using innovated and creative cutting edge make-up products and hairstyle designs. She has a deep seeded passion and devotion to accomplish any job, albeit a wedding, a small featured event, or a large film production. Miss Medrano is driven by a deep sense of love and interest for her craft that began at a very early age. This coupled with a broad-based training and education foundation has given her a superb professional perspective as an artist- offering a splendid array of hair and make-up services for all occasions and events. Although self taught from a very early age, Miss Medrano is also a graduate of the prestigious School of Make-up Designory (MUD) of North Hollywood, California. Moreover, she is certified as an Airbrush Make-up Design Artist Through MUD, and is certified through MAC Cosmetics for Make-up Application, Make-up Lessons, Product Specialist, and Artist Training and Developing. Miss Medrano has developed quite a repertoire of experience having created hair and make-up designs for the film and beauty industry that includes Spanish Television “TeleNovelas”, San Diego Comic Con, music concerts, and feature films. Of note, is her role as the lead Make-up Artist in recent feature films, regional music concerts, and fashion show runway photo shoots. Her expanded exposure has captured the attention of industry leaders who selected her to join the make-up team for the Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week Fall 2010. Her accomplishments have also been recognized and documented by the International Movie Data Base (IMDB). Last, but certainly not least, her expertise was featured in an article written about the “TeleNovelas” in the San Diego Union Tribune. Miss Medrano is a resident of San Diego, California, where she is the founder of her own make-up and hairstyling businesses.
