About Haley Horn, Aesthetician Specialist
California born and Oklahoma raised, I began my Esthetics career in 2013 and Lash career in 2016. Summer of '17 I packed my bags and left OKC to establish my dream Lash career in San Diego. I started Mystic Lashes October of 2018 with the goal of connecting with my clients on a deep, personal level and offer the best quality lash care. With this growing industry, I continue to network with talented artists worldwide, attend conferences and stay up to date on the latest lash techniques with continued education. My mission as an artist is to help you feel beautiful not only in your skin but on the inside as well. I believe in sisterhood, encouraging your light and remembering your worth!
