About George Gavrila, MD
The founder of ProMD Health, George Gavrila is a native of the Greater Baltimore area and has spent time studying medicine, primary care, functional medicine, aesthetic medicine, and integrative medicine. Dr. Gavrila completed his residency at the University of Maryland and served as a Fellow at the Center of Integrative Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Gavrila developed an interest in integrative and anti-aging medicine after recognizing many of the present medical systems’ shortcomings. Patients appreciate a professional and confidential environment, as well as prompt appointments with a skilled and compassionate doctor. Dr. Gavrila is a member of AMMG (Age Management Medicine Group); A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine); AAFE (American Academy of Facial Esthetics); Forever Health; IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine); AAAM (American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine); ASLMS (American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery). Dr. Gavrila has treated a wide range of patients, including celebrities, models, athletes, and international royalty, and is renowned throughout the country as a trainer of other physicians.
