About Gabriel E. Salloum, MD
Gabe Salloum, M.D., F.A.C.S., has earned a reputation as one of South Florida’s finest emerging talents in the specialized field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is known for his superior surgical skills as well as his outstanding patient care and, most significantly, his consistent track record of successful results and happy patients. Dr. Salloum began his training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, where he was consistently on the Dean’s List and graduated magna cum laude with honors in psychology. Following his undergraduate work, Dr. Salloum attended Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, LA, and subsequently completed his general surgery residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, where he served as Chief Surgical Resident. After completing his surgical residency, Dr. Salloum became Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery. Next, he completed the Hand Surgery Fellowship Program at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA. Training in a rigorous and highly focused environment, Dr. Salloum became one of the extremely small number of fellowship-trained reconstructive hand surgery specialists in South Florida.
