About Francisco Flores, MD
Dr. Flores is a cum laude honors graduate of the School of Arts and Sciences at Georgetown University. He completed his medical school training at the University of Miami School of Medicine where he graduated with “Honors and Research Distinction”. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery in 2001. He served as the Chief Resident during his last year and graduated with distinctions of “Excellence in Dermatologic Surgery”, “Most Outstanding Chief Resident”, “The Clinical Excellence Award”, and “The George Ioannides Award” for excellence in resident dermatology teaching. Dr. Flores completed the fellowship requirements of the American Society for Mohs Surgery and has completed thousands of Mohs surgery cases in over 10 years of practice. He has also performed thousands of Botox and dermal filler procedures such as Restylane, Juvederm, Radiasse and Sculptra. In addition, Dr Flores completed a fellowship in clinical research and continues actively participate as a clinical principal investigator in numerous dermatologic clinical and cosmetic trials. He is a published researcher in the most recognized Dermatology Journals. He also appears frequently in numerous media venues as an invited expert guest on Telemundo, Univision and local TV channels.
