About Francis Sheng
Dr. Francis C. Sheng specializes in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. Dr. Sheng was awarded his medical degree by the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1982. He then undertook six years of residency training in General Surgery and two further years of subspecialty training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Sheng is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He also is a Clinical Instructor of Surgery at UCLA.
