About Evelyn Beaman, Aesthetician Specialist
Evelyn knew she was passionate about skincare and aesthetics at a young age. She started her first part-time skin care business in 1993, and in 1998 opened Elevations Day Spa, Big Bear’s first day spa. During her 23+ years aesthetic career, she searches to find the best, most effective, and safe professional products and continually remains current with the ever-changing aesthetic protocols. She sold the spa in 2005 to pursue her RN education so she could specifically take her aesthetics practice into the medical realm. Most recently in 2013, she joined Dr. Michael Norman D.O. and his team at Desert Mountain Medical Group located in Apple Valley and Big Bear Lake. Together, they offer a multitude of medical aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, botox and injectables, skin needling, and the only FDA approved non-invasive lifting and tightening treatment – Ultherapy. Multiple modalities and services are now available at Desert Mountain Medical Group. I perform these services under the direction of Dr. Michael Norman, D.O. who has been versed in medical aesthetics since 2004. We have recently added Ultherapy, the only non-invasive FDA approved treatment to lift and tighten the skin.
