About Erin Santa, MD
Dr. Erin Santa completed her residency in the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Biology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. While at Jefferson, she received the honor of being named Chief Resident. She graduated in 2006, from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA with a BA in Neuroscience. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2012 from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. While in medical school she was named to the Hobart Amory Hare Medical Honor Society. She was also one of only 30 students chosen for the Dean’s Research Program. She has received clinical training as an intern in the Department of Internal Medicine at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, and additional experience at the Center for Applied Genomics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She is a member of The American Academy of Dermatology, as well as The American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Santa is originally from Allentown, PA. She now lives in Wayne with her husband, John, and their 10-month-old son. When not practicing dermatology or spending time with her young family, she enjoys dancing, trying new restaurants and watching basketball.
