About Emilio M. Justo, MD

Dr. Emilio Justo founded the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center in 1989 and as Medical Director is renowned for his ophthalmology skills and talent as a cosmetic surgeon. His specialties include customized eyelid surgery and cataract surgery. By spending quality time with each of his patients, he is able to focus on the care that each individual needs to consistently provide optimal outcomes.
