About Dong Chang
Dr. D. Chang started his private practice in clinical dermatology and dermatopathology in the City of Alhambra, and then Arcadia in 1980. Joined teaching faculty at USC-Keck Medical School as Clinical Dermatology Professor for over 25 years. In 2007, Dr. Carl Chang joined the practice in clinical dermatology. Dr. D. Chang served as the President of the Southern California Taiwanese Medical Association. He is also actively involved in community service. Staff member of Methodist Hospital in Arcadia, Arcadia Public Library, Huntington Library, Herald Cancer Association, local schools and churches. He is a member of American Dermatology Academy and Rotary International Club in Arcadia and medical staff of Methodist Hospital in Arcadia since 1980.
