I’ve always been fascinated by the variety of possibilities regarding skin behavior and with the ways that skin reacts to both internal and external influences – having the ability to effect these changes both medically and cosmetically gives me tremendous satisfaction. To be able to get to know my patients personally and understand how their treatment results impact their lives is very, very satisfying. Despite being an idealist – which I am – I like keeping it “real” with my patients and their treatment options. That can sometimes be challenging in a field that is inundated with hype and misleading promotions – but it is important to me.
